  Don't Worry ~ Be Present

Be a Warrior, not a Worrier

Spiritual Intelligence, the path where science and spirituality merge

" Worry does not empty tomorrow of its sorrow

It empties today of its juice, joy and possibility"

Discover the well-being, calm and clarity that emerges from saying no to worry

and slowly understanding and embracing the Warrior Spirit

Envision a scenario where, amidst all the chaos surrounding you, your Spiritual Intelligence is so robust that you embody a fundamental sense of “okayness” about yourself and the world. Picture your tendencies to worry and stress being soothed by this feeling of okayness and

“fundamental wellbeing.”

This sense of okayness and well-being is foundational to how you perceive yourself, others, the world, and the universe. It serves as a solid foundation for taking your next step.

Courageous Confidence ~

Meet difficulty with courage and confidence from the smallest annoyances to the greatest upheavals, learn to dwell in the strength of bold vulnerability, where we might learn to see our most stubborn obstacles  from the 'sacred view' as potent teachers and become a source of joy for yourself and others

In moments of worry we lose heart, lose faith, lose direction, lose sleep and lose the light of hope:

Worry is like being stuck at our very centre with an arrow, and our reaction to worry is like being struck with the second arrow:  The mind takes us on an epic journey of, "What if's"

what if this happens, What if it doesn’t work out? What if I fail? What if they dont like me?

What if I loes my job?  Do any of these questions sound familiar to you?

The weight of this type of thinking heralds in a feeling of stuckness so heavy

we can hardly get up in the morning:“ One of the most tragic things I know about human nature is that all of us tend to put off living in the moment. We are all dreaming of some magical land over the horizon — instead of enjoying the wonder and simplicity of reality as it unfolds the frost on the grass, or a warm drink held between cold hands, or the soft gaze of eyes transmitting the humanness of this moment

You’re not alone. Many  spend a lot of time worrying about an imagined future  —

worrying that everything they do is unsatisfactory, and worrying that others are so much better than them. Others of us worry about letting other people down, that others are upset or angry with us,  We worry about our health and that of our loved ones:

The bottom line is that worrying doesn't work it leaves us powerless and overwhelmed-

nor does ir work to deny there's anything to worry about, the false hope that everything will be alright, that simply leaves the body stuck with an experience of continuous low-grade anxiety:

Worries, doubts, and anxieties are a normal part of life.

Yet if you are consistently listening to your dear 'Caveman Brain' and what it has to say, your future, your past, your health, abilities, skills, and your contribution to the various aspects of your life, it means this aspect of your mind is running the show and overthinking becomes a cycle of self-perpetuating procratintion and punishment;

Imagine being in a large maze where each turn leads into an even deeper and knottier tangle  — that's Caveman Brain:

Worry robs us of our happiness and interconnection with life; When you’re stuck in your head, worrying, you are missing out on life. missing what is right here, missing out on friends, opportunities and all the good stuff in the world and yes even in the crazy times

good stuff is all around when you are willing to befriend Bliss Brain
