We are embroidered emanations of our ancestral lineage, a world of characters within waiting to be discovered from the perspective of the soul, we are the conduits through which the universe is becoming consciously aware of itself, is waking itself up:

These deeper underlying generational patterns come into focus, recognized, even communicated with and ultimately fitted together like shards of a higher order jigsaw and simultaneously embodied:

not merely the subject of our discovery, we know and recognize ourselves to be the object of a deeper archetypal and divine working that is incarnating through us:

Self-reflection is, therefore, the best service we can do for ourselves, our family, community and beloved planet: 

The Story Goes Deeper, 

We were living another's truth long before we discovered our own and it's these generational cords into the past that create today's symphony and the dance of tomorrow; each of us come from a generational line back as far our original ancestors, We are the living wave at the edge of outcome and imbued with much beauty and much generational pain: this energy is handed down unconsciously, this pain was handed to them and they unknowingly passed it to you, it seeped into your bones and you acted out your part in the play, it became your story, your inheritane;

 it transfers generational much like a virus and infects the family tree becoming deeper and deeper ingrained in you as time passes; simply through birth without even realizing  you were actually being handed others core suffering, their shame, their guilt and grudges; There can be no blame here, we responded, reacted, complained, resisted, resented and it is this that created the karmic footprint;

Their stuff is their stuff, how you react is yours:

  Some of the unexplained deepest emotional woundings throughout our lives are infused through this unhealed generational suffering; Generational suffering is not personal any more than catching the flu, though it feels personal as the blame bites back; Become conscious of how it works and you break the chain finally allowing the collective family ego to rest in peace; 

  The myths, mirrors, monologues, and miracles in this lifetime 

   We each have a story, the large part derived from our family origin, the life we have lived, the situations we've been bought into and life experiences we've had; parents, peers, and society condition our bodies and minds with their views, beliefs, morals, and the"norm" this way we are conditioned or programmed (not to stronger word,) to behave either predictable, impulsively, or not at all:

  What lies beyond the story, beyond the accumulative blows and blunders of life?          

 We all have our own ways in which life is attempting to hold up a mirror

and squeeze the conditioned self the "Karmic self" out, to squeeze out of us our holding and grasping, to squeeze out our beliefs, ideas, concepts, and self-image;

           squeeze out the doubt, fear, blame, division, and shame and fall into an inner stability and intimate stillness naturally present in the absence of conflict and turmoil: if we are willing to look, we see life is always in the process of waking us up yet if we are not in harmony with life's rhythm if we are in opposition to the way life is then it's a rough and pain-filled ride; 

 What is your personal story, your generational story, the myth you have lived by, the story may not be true but what it opens and closes in you feels real enough; 

Through the redemptive quality of grace your energy is freed from the struggles and story of generational wounding: Your core story, this deep legacy that says the culture in which we live is flawed that we our self are essentially flawed is simply untrue; discover this for yourself as a direct realization and you move toward the profound awakening that your deepest inheritance is your true original nature: 

  Retreat Practicals 

Michael and I invite you to arrive in Guaro village around 16.00 on the start date of the retreat, this falls in line with the bus from Marbella and gives you time to settle in, swim, rest and relax: No collections after 16.30, so if you stand outside this framework please contact us, as you may need to stay in Marbella and travel up on the first bus, or arrive the day before :

Michael collects everyone at this time and drives the short distance to Red Earth ( no charge)Or you can arrive at Red Earth on foot it's a beautiful walk and after your day of traveling offers time to pause and reflect

Please make a ritual of turning off your mobile phone before you enter Red Earth, it is a way of valuing yourself and honoring your time here: For this reason we request you give our contact number and email address to your nearest and dearest before you leave home, so in the unlikely event of an emergency you can be contacted through us day or night:

 The retreat finishes at 14.00 on the date given. 

 Book your return flight early evening around 19.00, this gives plenty of time to return to the airport by bus: If your flight is earlier a Taxi is the other option, takes 40 mins and cost 45 Euros: works out cheaper when shared.
