On this land  Michael and I realised our dream of creating a home sanctuary where lovers of dance and those deeply interested in the art of living in harmony with themselves and life could join together mindfully in a supportive and nurturing environment; We weave mindfulness into all our daily activities while feasting, swiming, or enjoying a cup of tea or glass of wine together.

Every year, for the past 13 years we have welcomed practitioners of Dance and Meditation from all around the world they return again and again to experience the restorative nature of being on Retreat, to deepen their practice of dance and mindfulness and to live simply and harmoniously in the joyful and beautiful tranquil setting of Andalucia which is conducive to a deeper, uninterrupted human core experience and the recognition of one's true soul nature.
